Sertapak Packaging began in 1982, in Scotland, Ontario as a sales agency working with St. Regis Paper, known today as Georgia Pacific. They moved to Ingersoll, Ontario in the mid eighties as business began to expand and the need for quality returnable packaging drove Sertapak to begin the growth of their design and sales departments.
Sertapak moved once more in 1999, to our current 145,000 sq. foot location in Woodstock, Ontario. In 2000, we added the Services division, repairing and refurbishing containers for a variety of industries. As the market moved towards a “greener” environment, Sertapak added a full service metal and paint facility to facilitate the move towards more robust returnable packing. Sertapak was a key supplier to the start-up and ongoing operations for the Toyota facilities in both Cambridge and Woodstock during the early to mid 2000’s.
In 2009 Sertapak was acquired by the Chalmers Group of Companies, headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, and was re-named as CSI Sertapak Inc. Today, we remain a full service supplier for your packaging needs in both returnable and expendable packaging. Backed by the flexibility and support of the entire Chalmers Group, CSI Sertapak remains at the forefront of the packaging industry, with an innovative Design team backed by an extremely capable Sales and Customer Support staff.
